Ahvay Creative Studio provides semi‑custom websites built on premium WordPress themes. We purchase a new theme license for every client site to honor each developer’s intellectual‑property rights and to ensure ethical use of the themes. Our semi‑custom websites currently use three different themes:

1. Qi by Qode Interactive (used for our Soma State and Casa Tierra designs).
2. Salient by ThemeNectar (ThemeForest item #4363266).
3. [Insert third theme name] – we purchase a license for this theme for each site.

The sections below describe the rights you receive and the restrictions you must respect when you use our Modular Marketing™ themes and templates.

When you purchase a semi‑custom site from Ahvay Creative Studio, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the theme and related assets for one business brand and website only. This license includes a perpetual, worldwide right to use the theme to create a single end product (your finished website), subject to the following:

• Under Envato’s Regular License (which applies to the Salient theme) you may use the theme to create one end product for yourself or one client. You may transfer this end product to the client, and you can make unlimited copies of the website as long as it’s distributed for free. If the website will be sold or end‑users must pay to use it, an Extended License is required.
• Qode Interactive grants a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use its purchased themes. You are allowed to modify the theme to make it interoperable with your website, but you do not acquire ownership of the theme itself or of any theme‑supplied photos, videos or other content.

Your purchase allows you to modify and customize the theme to suit your brand, but the resulting website may not be reused or redistributed for another brand without buying an additional license.

The licenses for our themes permit you to:

• Modify and customize the theme and templates to match your branding, insert your own text and images, and combine the theme with other works. Under the Regular License you can modify the item and create a derivative work, and Qode Interactive explicitly allows modifications necessary to make the theme work on your site.
• Use the finished site for marketing, including advertisements, landing pages, emails and social‑media graphics tied directly to your purchased site. You can make as many copies of your finished website as needed for distribution to end users, provided that it is free.
• Transfer your finished website to your client (if you’re an agency using our commercial license). When you build a site for a client, the license transfers to them.

To protect the rights of theme authors and our proprietary system, you may not:

• Reuse the theme on multiple projects or brands. The Regular/Extended licenses are single‑application licenses. You must purchase a separate license for each new site you create.
• Resell, redistribute or share the theme files, layouts, templates or strategic content as standalone assets or as part of a stock library. Qode’s terms prohibit reproducing, copying, selling, leasing or renting any themes or content without permission.
• Extract components of the theme (such as icons or photos) for use outside of your website. You also cannot permit end‑users of your site to extract the theme or its assets.
• Use the theme in an on‑demand or build‑your‑own website application. Envato’s licenses prohibit using a theme in any application that allows end users to customise and create their own products (e.g., “create your own website” tools) unless you purchase a separate license for each end product.
• Use the theme for illegal or defamatory purposes or in connection with sensitive subjects, and you may not include the theme or its elements in a trademark or service mark.

Our Modular Marketing™ System relies on third‑party premium themes. To support fellow creators and meet our legal obligations, we purchase a new license for each client site and include proper attribution. Each website we create will include a theme credit in the footer. Examples:

• Qi theme credit: “This site uses the Qi WordPress theme by Qode Interactive. View the original theme here: qodeinteractive.com.”Qode’s terms require that you do not reproduce, rent, lease, sell or distribute its themes or content without permission. By purchasing a license through us, you receive a perpetual, non‑exclusive right to use the theme on your site.
• Salient theme credit: “This site uses the Salient WordPress theme by ThemeNectar (ThemeForest). The theme is licensed under Envato’s Regular License, which allows the theme to be used to create a single end product distributed for free.” Under the license you can modify and customise the theme, but you must not redistribute the theme or reuse it on another client site.
• [Third theme credit]: “[Site name] uses the [Theme Name] WordPress theme by [Developer Name].” You will receive details about the developer and theme link in your onboarding packet.
